Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. In order to contract with THEFACESHOP, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are an authorized user of the bank account and/or the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Product(s). By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Product(s). Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST.
The Website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following situations:
Error in Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). THEFACESHOP will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.
If the Product becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on our Website relating to the order (for example, an error relating to the details, descriptions and prices of Products), THEFACESHOP may cancel the order. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Reshipping of Merchandise
The merchandise sold on our Website is intended for personal use only, not for resale. Any suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation, Refund, Return, and Exchange
We are unable to make any changes or cancellations once you have placed your order. Our systems are automated, and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.
Goods sold are non-refundable. We will only exchange items if they are incorrect, defective or damaged.
Exchange requests due to defective products must be made within 6 months upon customer’s receipt of order; and exchange requests due to incorrect/expired products must be made within 1 month upon customer’s receipt of order.
Return requests due to an allergic reaction to the product must be made within 6 months upon customer’s receipt of order to be valid.
To return or exchange your item(s), please fill out the Return & Exchange Form. We will get back to you within 3 business days.
We welcome product reviews and feedback on your online shopping experience. We will publish on our Website both positive and negative comments, so long as the comments, reviews or testimonials (collectively, Reviews) are accurate, and constructive. If you submit Reviews that we do not publish on our Website, our Customer Service team may contact you in order to improve our product quality and service. We also reserve the right to edit Reviews for length, spelling, grammar, or for any other reason in our sole discretion so long as the meaning of the Reviews is not materially altered. By submitting a Review to THEFACESHOP, you hereby grant to THEFACESHOP the unrestricted right to use your Review in perpetuity, through any and all media formats and media channels now known or hereinafter developed, without compensation, and to identify the source of the Review by indicating your first name and last initial.
